Over The Rainbow's Top 11 GLBT Books

Written by James EM Rasmussen
We're extremely proud to announce that Naomi Clark's werewolf novel SILVER KISS has received high praise from the American Library Association Over the Rainnbow Project as this Urban Fantasy novel has been listed in their 2011 TOP 11 recommended books! "The Over the Rainbow readers are VERY PROUD to announce their inaugural list of 108 adult books.   We would also like to mention our top ten favorites, which turned into eleven titles because there were   just so many really excellent books published this year."    SILVER KISS Ayla Hammond has come home. Annual Rainbow Awards Winners Announced

Written by James EM Rasmussen
The Annual Rainbow Awards for LGBT fiction and non-fiction winners, runner ups and honourable mentions were announced for the 2010 year entries. Among the victors was our very own Naomi Clark who was awarded an Honourable Mention for her novel, SILVER KISS, in the Best Bisexual, Transgender & Lesbian Fantasy category. QueeredFiction offers congratulations to all the winners, the runner ups and the other honourable mentions in this year's Rainbow Awards. We also thank Elisa Rolle, the award founder, for her dedication to LGBT literature and for her hard work during this second year of the Rainbow Awards. With the growth in this year's Rainbow Awards compared to it's inaugural year in 2009, we can no doubt look forward to an even bigger year for the awards in 2011. Keep an eye on our site for news on Naomi Clark's forthcoming second title in her Urban Wolf series.  Happy weekend to you all.
